Giving at
Living Water Church
“…do good, be rich in good deeds, and be generous and willing to share… so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”
Giving is more than a one time occurrence – It’s a lifestyle.

Giving is a biblical principle.

Jesus said in Luke 6:38, “Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

We don’t give to get – We get to give

Many people discover the very thing that Jesus said “it’s more blessed to give than to receive”

As we grow in giving we go beyond duty to delight!

Always remember this: we are blessed to be a blessing.

What is a Tithe?

A tithe is different than an offering? The word, “tithe” literally means tenth or 10%. A tithe is the first 10% of your income. An offering is anything you give above and beyond the 10%.

“A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.” Leviticus 27:30

Tithing is a reminder that God is the one who supplies everything we have. It is also God’s personal invitation to an outpouring of his blessing in your life. The purpose of tithing is to teach us to always put God first in our lives. Deuteronomy 14:23
Offerings beyond the tithe
Outreach & Missions

Donations for Outreach are distributed to various partner ministries both locally and around the world. These funds will help meet physical needs and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Examples of this are supplying our food bank, supporting orphanages and helping to build churches, outreaches within our community…
Building Projects

Living Water Church is continuing to develop and maintain our facilities  that can be used to grow us spiritually and gather together as the body of Christ.

Funds donated to the Building Fund will be used for updating and maintaining our current facilities, new facilities here & abroad and debt reduction so that families may come and worship for years to come!
