NOTHING EXISTS W/O ITS OPPOSITE

I have been talking about the Law of Polarity and how it operates in every area of our lives. You begin to see how God created this law as a means to enable you to learn and discover that within every perceived problem lies its solution, within every perceived failure also lies success.

Remember the spies who were spying out the land of Canaan? For 40 days, all of the spies canvassed the area Moses had directed. When they returned, there was a conflict of opinions. Ten of those men saw a perceived problem and decided they were like grasshoppers in their sight. One of the men had reported that “we are well able to defeat them”. The majority of people declared the battle futile. Two of them said the victory will be ours.

Isn’t it interesting that everyone saw the same thing. The difference lies in your perception of the problem. This is all based on your perceived abilities, strengths, and confidence level. The next time you are confronted with a problem (the giants) and the situation looks grim, remember that every problem has a solution. That solution lies within you and will be resolved if you believe you can resolve it.

The moment you decide you are defeated, you are. The moment you decide you can overcome, you have. Now unto Him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in US. In US. In US. In US. See what Paul was telling the church. It is in YOU. (Eph. 3:20)

Unity In Marriage

We’re so glad you’ve decided to spend part of your day with us at Living Water Church. We pray that the message will inspire and encourage you to be all you can for Christ. Today we’re talking about Unity In Marriage – A house divided will not stand but a house in unity will be blessed by God – Mark 10:8 and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh.

UNITY IN MARRIAGE
Sunday, June 10, 2018 – Pastor George M. Dupree

Psalms 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it isfor brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It islike the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. 3 It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the LORD commanded the blessing—life forevermore.

Unity prompts a heavenly response of unrestrained and lavish abundance from the Lord, the fragrant anointing of the Spirit and the commanded blessing.

Mark 10:8 and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one flesh.

God’s Math In Marriage – Two Equals One
When two people marry they become one, they don’t lose their identity, they enhance one another’s identity and for a better identity.

Invite Jesus and His disciples to you marriage
John 2:1…there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee, both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding.

Stick Together – Keep Jesus In Your Marriage – He will add the strength to stay together.
Ecclesiastes 4:9 Two people can accomplish more than twice as much as one; they get a better return for their labor. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But people who are alone when they fall are in real trouble. 11 And on a cold night, two under the same blanket can gain warmth from each other. But how can one be warm alone? 12 A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

Unified Marriage Recipe – Add A Dash Of Salt – Salt Preserves
Colossians 4:6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

Never sow words of discord, speak words that unite.
Proverbs 6:16 These six thingsthe LORD hates, yes, seven arean abomination to Him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are swift in running to evil, 19 a false witness whospeaks lies,

And one who sows discord among brethren.

Three Keys For Unity In Marriage – Mutual Submission – Respect – Love

Ephesians 5:21 Out of respect for Christ, be courteously reverent to one another.

Ephesians 5:22 Wives, understand and support your husbands in ways that show your support for Christ. 23 The husband provides leadership to his wife the way Christ does to his church, not by domineering but by cherishing. 24 So just as the church submits to Christ as he exercises such leadership, wives should likewise submit to their husbands.

Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, go all out in your love for your wives, exactly as Christ did for the church—a love marked by giving, not getting. 26 Christ’s love makes the church whole. His words evoke her beauty. Everything he does and says is designed to bring the best out of her, 27 dressing her in dazzling white silk, radiant with holiness. 28 And that is how husbands ought to love their wives. They’re really doing themselves a favor—since they’re already “one” in marriage.

Ephesians 5:29 No one abuses his own body, does he? No, he feeds and pampers it. That’s how Christ treats us, the church, 30 since we are part of his body. 31 And this is why a man leaves father and mother and cherishes his wife. No longer two, they become “one flesh.” 32 This is a huge mystery, and I don’t pretend to understand it all. What is clearest to me is the way Christ treats the church. 33 And this provides a good picture of how each husband is to treat his wife, loving himself in loving her, and how each wife is to honor her husband.

Husbands treat your wife with respect. Honor and cherish her. Protect and provide for her.

Wives treat your husband with respect; he’ll thrive in that kind of environment.

These things are not quick fixes to marital problems, they’re lifelong commitments to building a happy, healthy and vibrant marriage.

Matthew 12:25 Jesus…said to them…a house divided against itself will not stand.

NOTHING IS EVER ONE SIDED

“Beloved friends, if life gets extremely difficult, with many tests, don’t be bewildered or confused as though something strange were overwhelming you. Instead, continue to rejoice, ………….(I Pet. 4:12)

During my career in Law Enforcement, I was sworn to protect life and property. One area was the enforcement of the Vehicle and Traffic laws of the State of NY. Understand there are hundreds of laws regarding Motor Vehicle operations on a public highway.

Take speeding for example. Throughout my town there are speed limit signs. Even unposted roads have speed limit restrictions. If you did not know it, oh well. They are there for the safety and well being of the people. They are for the benefit of the community, not the state. If you don’t agree or believe in the law, it doesn’t matter. It is not contingent on your belief. Laws exist whether you believe in them or not.

As I have written in my last post, the Law of Polarity exists for a reason. Having an understanding of this important law will provide the means to fully experience life. You need to become aware of it, accept it, express heartfelt gratitude for it and you will experience abundance and fulfillment in this world.

This strange law you might ask me; what is it, why does it exist, and how can it be utilized to achieve abundance and fulfillment in my life? I am glad you asked. As you know, there are two sides to everything in the spirit and natural realm of life. Learning to fully understand, comprehend and master the Law of Polarity is necessary in achieving the sense of harmony, fulfillment and well being physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Why did Peter tell us “not to think it strange or odd when we come across challenging and difficult circumstances? The Law of Polarity was created by God and exists as a means to enable each of us to explore and experience life to the fullest. A life experience absent of the Law of Polarity would deny you the ability to fully experience your life.

As an example, if what you perceive as bad did not exist, would you know when you were having a good experience? If poverty did not exist would you know what it was like to experience wealth? If failure did not exist would you know what it was to experience success? If there existed no such thing as death we could not fully enjoy and appreciate what it means to experience life. If we were never lost, how could we experience being found.

The Law of Polarity contains a full spectrum of possibility ranging from the extreme light to the extreme dark and any number of points in between. By developing this understanding and learning to fully accept the things you cannot change may show up in your life in the way of events, conditions and circumstances and learning to understand that ALL THINGS, regardless of how you perceive them, work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Rom 8:28)

By understanding what Peter wrote and what Paul had written to the church in Rome, you will have made incredible progress in your given ability to mold, shape, and achieve a quality of life that you were meant to live. Regardless of where you may currently find yourself right now, within that spectrum of possibility, you possess the potential as well as the ability to experience the abundant life Jesus had spoken about.
